Anthropologists have found flirting in some form or another in all cultures and societies around the world. Flirting is an essential part of survival. It allows us to make contact with and mate with the opposite sex. Without flirting, we wouldn’t be able to have offspring and humans would become extinct as a species. Because of this, flirting is a basic instinct and part of human nature.
